My name is Daniel Midson-Short, I am a writer and speaker, and the founder of Shorthand.

For over 20 years, I have worked with service businesses as a business manager, sales specialist, and marketing manager.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve specialized in HVAC SEO and HVAC digital marketing consulting.

I help HVAC business owners who need marketing help and honest advice on how to grow.

The name Shorthand is a cheeky nod to my last name.
But more than that, it’s a description of my marketing process.
